Deluxe Freight, LLC. 11401 NW 107 Street, Suite 100 Miami, Florida 33178 as agent for FPPI to issue and sign any Electronic Export Information (EEI), or transmit such export information electronically, in connection with the exportation or transportation of any merchandise on behalf of said Foreign Principal Party in Interest. The Foreign Principal Party in Interest certifies that necessary and proper documentation to accurately complete the electronic EEI will be provided to the said Authorized Agent. The FPPI further understands that civil and criminal penalties may be imposed for making false or fraudulent statements or for the violation of any United States laws or regulation on exportation and agree to be bound by all statements of said agent based upon information or documentation provided to said by the Foreign Principal in Party. This power of attorney is to remain in full force and effect until revocation in writings is duly given by the FPPI and receive by Deluxe Freight, LLC.
